Rosie and Jim (sometimes written as Rosie & Jim) is a British children'stelevision programme which was produced by Ragdoll Productions and aired on ITV from 3 September 1990 to 10 March 2000. The programme continued to be repeated periodically on CITV until August 2004. In January 2013, CITV aired the first episode, Locks, as part of the channel's 30th anniversary Old Skool Weekend.
With Robin Stevens, Rebecca Nagan, Neil Brewer, John Cunliffe. Rosie and Jim are two rag dolls that magically come to life when no-one is looking. They explore different aspects of Great Britain as they travel along the canal network aboard the narrow-boat 'Ragdoll' with the boat's owner.

- Nov 20, 2008 Neil Brewer (nicknamed Tootle) was the boat owner for the most recent series. Neil wrote a short song (typically consisting of a verse and two choruses) inspired by his travels in the episode and typically performed this at the end of each episode, with Rosie and Jim (unbeknown to Neil) enjoying the music and dancing behind him.
